Debbie's Bracelets Policies

Returns Policy

The customer may return an item in an unworn and undamaged condition within 14 days of the payment date in order to obtain a full refund if this is due to a change of mind. The item must be returned at the customers expense. 

Debbie's Bracelets does not accept the return of earrings due to hygiene reasons. 

Refunds are not available on custom orders. 

Damaged or broken items must be reported via www.debbiesbracelets.com within 14 days of receipt of the item. The damaged or broken item must then be returned to Debbie's Bracelets before a replacement or refund will be issued. If a replacement can be provided it will be however, as many of our items are unique pieces of jewellery a replacement may not be possible in which case a refund will be provided to the same source as the original payment was made. If the items is being returned due to it being damaged or broken Debbie's Bracelets will reimburse the cost of postage to return the item.

All watches are sold with working batteries and these are checked before dispatch. Watches will be posted with the crown pulled out to stop the battery working during transit. Debbie's Bracelets is not responsible for the length of time which the battery may last once the crown has been pushed in by the customer. If the watch is not working upon receipt and the crown being pushed in please see the damaged and broken items policy above.
